  • 1. Payment Terms

    Payments for construction projects, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, must be made as per the terms agreed upon in the contract.

    Any additional costs arising due to changes in project scope, materials, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in writing and must be approved before proceeding.

  • 2. Cancellation Policy

    Customers may request a cancellation of a project or service before work has commenced. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the expenses already incurred.

    If the cancellation request is made after work has started, refunds will be subject to deductions for work completed, materials purchased, and administrative costs.

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or an official communication channel.

  • 3. Refund Policy

    To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • 4. Refund Policy

    Refunds are processed based on the stage of work completed:

    • Before Work Begins: A full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees.
    • During Project Execution: A partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed and materials procured.
    • After Project Completion:No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and delivered to the customer.

    Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable.

    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • 5. Non-Refundable Fees

    Consultation fees, permit costs, and any government-imposed fees are non-refundable.

    Third-party service fees, if applicable, may not be refunded.

  • 6. Dispute Resolution

    In case of a dispute regarding payments or refunds, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mutual discussion.

    If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or legal action as per the governing laws of Chennai.
